1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, if you contact us directly, we may receive additional information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us.

Inscape uses cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect information from your device about your use of the sites and to provide additional functionality.

Cookies.  By using cookies, we can measure how you have interacted with the site.  Our third-party partners also use cookies and similar technologies to understand how you interact with our site to measure audience engagement. Pixel tags.  Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, measure the success of Inscape’s marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the products/ services and response rates (for example, recording how many e-mails in a campaign were opened).

 

Flash LSOs. Inscape may use Flash LSOs and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the products / services.  If you do not want Flash LSOs stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash LSO storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel, which can be found HERE.  You can also go to HERE and follow the instructions (which may explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash LSOs, how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without you being asked, and how to block Flash LSOs that are not being delivered by the operator of the page you are on at the time).  Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash LSOs may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications.

Information collected by Inscape is used by Inscape and others on Inscape’s behalf for the following purposes:

  2. To market and promote our products and services to you.  We will use your information to market and promote information about Inscape products, features, events, and/or services that may be of interest to you.
  3.  To provide for the integrity and availability of the Site.  We automatically collect information about your interactions with the site for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, and to display information more effectively on the site.
  4. Site Functionality: We use cookies to operate the site and provide site functionality, for example to enable you to browse this site and use some of its features (like search).

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Affiliated Companies

Cookie information may be accessed by our affiliated companies to carry out data analytics. We may also share contact information with affiliated companies.  

3.2 Service Providers

Inscape uses third parties (including contractors and service providers) to provide services for us and to help with our operations, which may require that they access and use your information. For example, Inscape uses analytics services such as Adobe Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data on the sites. 3.3 Disclosures required by Law

We will disclose information as required by law, or if any of the following applies in our judgment: it is necessary to respond to lawful governmental requests or legal process (e.g. a court order, search warrant, or subpoena); the information is relevant to a crime that has been or is being committed; an emergency exists that poses a threat to your safety or the safety of another person; or it is necessary to protect the rights or property of Inscape or our employees.

3.4 Mergers and Acquisitions

If the ownership of Inscape or any holding company of Inscape, or their respective assets, changes as a result of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, data collected will be transferred to another company as part of that sale. If we believe the purpose of such a transfer or any new use of data is incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, you will be informed about such change and, if applicable, given the opportunity to opt out of the transfer.
